We are now looking for an engaged Business Developer in Quality Management, also known as Socially Responsible Coordinator (SAS). With us, you will be a key person in an organization that is in constant development. The social services face complex challenges — and we want you to help drive the development forward.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Business Developer in Quality Management, you will have a strategic and important assignment where you lead, coordinate, and further develop our systematic quality work. You are responsible for ensuring that our working methods comply with current legislation and regulations, and you play a central role in creating clear and effective processes, routines, and guidelines within the quality area.

You will also coordinate work around deviations, complaints, and Lex Sarah, and act as an expert in matters concerning SoL. You are, of course, also an important part of our transition to the new Social Services Act.

The position of Business Developer in Quality Management is part of the department for quality and business development, where other business developers and medically responsible personnel are organized. The department's employees report to the head of administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent relevant higher education, and who has experience from social services. You have good knowledge of SoL, LSS, HSL, SOSFS 2011:9, and Lex Sarah, as well as experience in quality management and development work.

You have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve set goals. You are communicative and have a very good ability to create trusting relationships and collaborations.

A B driver's license is a requirement, as well as good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
